Residential

In-person: $90/hour with advanced scheduling (Minimum 1 hour billable, remaining billed in 15 minute increments) -  One of our knowledgeable technicians will travel to your home to assist you with any technology needs you might have, including (but not limited to):

Do you need training on any technologies you use? Is there a technology you wish you knew how to use but don’t know where to start? We can help! Cost will vary depending on needs of customer, and whether in-home or remote.

IT Emergency?

Do you have an emergency and require a technician either on the phone or in-person immediately? Starting at $125/hour (minimum 1 hour billable), we can offer a guaranteed 24 hour or less response time for either phone support or in-person. In many cases, we can have a technician to you within just a few hours.
